Welcome to our updated Connecticut Special Education Employment System! Together with our partner, TAESE (The Center for Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education), we have developed a “one-stop shop” to connect current and aspiring special education educators, administrators, and support staff with employment resources and opportunities in Connecticut. This employment system is available to all job seekers and employers in the education field at NO COST!

Our vision is for all special education students in Connecticut to graduate prepared with the knowledge, skills, and disposition to be successful. But we cannot achieve our vision without filling every special education educator, administrator, and support staff role in our schools. To best support the more than 500,000 students in Connecticut, it is critical we fill these positions.
