Job Description:

Ledyard Public Schools is seeking a full time Elementary School Psychologist beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. This role provides support to parents, staff and students to help students succeed academically, socially and emotionally.

Qualifications include: Connecticut School Psychologist certification required (070), demonstrated knowledge of child psychology principles, assessments, methods, behavior modification, etc., and current developments in child psychology, experience providing counseling to elementary students, demonstrated understanding of special education and Section 504 laws and procedures as well as the PPT process, ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with students, teachers and parents and experience evaluating behavior on the basis of clinical observations, interviews with students, teachers, other school staff and parents, reports of other professionals, review of school records and test results.

Salary and Benefits are per the Ledyard Education Association agreement
