Job Description:

Regional School District #16 (Beacon Falls and Prospect) has an opening for the 2025-2026 School year for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA provides behavior support services to education teams as they provide services to students with special education needs. The BCBA is responsible for the lead role in the Functional Behavioral Assessment process and will provide training to educational teams on behavior techniques and intervention.
 
General Duties (may include but not limited to):
Collaborate with the educational team on the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior plans for students.
Collect, maintain, and analyze student behavioral data.
Prepare student data reports.
Develop Behavior Improvement Plans (BIP) for students.
Supervises Behavior therapists and Paraprofessionals.
 
This is a 12-month, non-bargaining position. A Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required. Certification as a Board Certified Analyst from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board is required. 

Start date: July 1, 2025.



Other:

The salary range, based on experience, is $100,000 to $109,000/year.
