Job Description:

The Eastford School District, grades PK-8, has a Long Term Substitute School
Counselor position available from February 24, 2025, to the end of the 2024/2025
school year. CT Certification 068 is required.

The person in this position will be expected to assist all students in coping with
challenges that impede their academic performance and personal development
through individual and small-group counseling sessions and in-class lessons as
needed. The person in this position will also work in collaboration with classroom
teachers to attain this goal. Depending upon certification, the person may
assume responsibility for administering evaluations.
