  LP Wilson Center/BOE District Office

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher
 
Tutor's Responsibilities:
    Implement student's goals and objectives in accordance with IEP and Special Education Case Managers of the Off-Site Programming at LPW
    Utilize appropriate instructional materials
    Provide instruction and support to students assigned
    Progress monitor student performance
    Assist with assessments (classroom and district-wide)
    Communicate progress to classroom teacher/special education case manager
    Other duties as assigned by Pupil and Special Education Services and/or Dean of Students
    Provide behavior support/implement behavior support plans
    Support students with social-emotional needs
    Assist in supervision of students in expulsion program (grades 6-12)

Experience working with students in an alternative/self-contained setting preferred and/or demonstrated ability to make connections and provide academic support for such students. 
 
Successful completion of college-level coursework or passing of examination as required by the No Child Left Behind Act.

Schedule:
Hours 8 am - 1:45 pm

Rate of Pay:
$24.59/hour
