The core responsibilities of a Webb School Assistant Teacher include:

• Provides individual and small group instruction to students under the supervision of a teacher
• Provide individual support for students as needed
• Is trained and able to provide crisis management to manage behaviors in the milieu
• Participate and support a dedicated school team and larger school community by performing assigned tasks effectively and efficiently
• Reports to the principal

There are specific qualifications necessary for our Assistant Teachers to have at time of hire:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with children
