BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
The Shelton Public Schools has a vacancy for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Available 11-4-2024
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in psychology, applied behavior analysis or related field, and BCBA certification
Previous experience as a behavior analyst working with students preferred.
In-depth knowledge of and thorough adherence to applicable ethical codes.
Knowledge of school district operations and special education programming is preferred.
Ability to travel to multiple schools and offices during the work day.
Demonstrated ability to analyze student data as a means for making decisions.
Demonstrated responsibility for self-growth, professional improvement, ongoing self-reflection and self-evaluation.
Demonstrated ability in the effective use of technology.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Superior organizational, oral and written communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated commitment to the department team concept and the overall success of the organization.
