Collaborate with team members on an ongoing basis
Communicate effectively with students and staff
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create comprehensive, function-based behavior support plans
Develop and maintain ongoing oversight of positive behavior supports & strategies; monitor and revise based on data
Collect, organize, and analyze data; utilize data to drive decisions
Support staff members in plan implementation and data collection; model, provide feedback, and follow-up on a regular basis
Conduct fidelity checks to inform staff training needs for consistent plan implementation
Participate in PPT and team meetings; interpret data orally and provide visual supports to the team
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and monitor the implementation of comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
Provide training for staff, families, and community members in behavioral interventions and Applied Behavior Analysis
Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations for comprehensive services
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Required.
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 based on experience
