Job Description:

The New Milford (Connecticut) Public Schools has a full time opening for a Nurse ParaEducator at the elementary level. This position is for 7 hours per day with benefits.  

POSITION:    Nurse Special Education ParaEducator, 1.00 FTE 

                       Hill and Plain Elementary School

Description: 

This position provides individualized and/or small group classroom support depending on students’ needs as determined by administrator.  Will include behavioral, PMT (Physical Management Training), ADL’s (Adaptive Daily Living Skills) educational and personal need supports.

 Qualifications:

Must hold minimum of 60 hours of college credit OR

Passing Para Pro Assessment

Salary: Salary is per Paraeducators' contract.
