Job Description:

EWPS is seeking a highly qualified, dependable, and committed special education teacher for its High School Autism Program for the SY24-25.

-In collaboration with district BCBA, implement functional math, functional reading, pre-vocational skills using Task Analyses and/or Discrete Trial Instruction (DTI) using the principles of ABA methodology 
~Responsible for the writing of students' IEPs and progress monitoring goals/objectives
~Works collaboratively with related service providers 
~Establishes and maintains strong family partnerships
~Provides supervision, support, and training to paraprofessionals
-Conduct 3-year re-evaluations and write reports

$54,094-$107,357 (per barganing unit contract

CT (or reciprocal state) special education teacher certification
