Job Description:

Park City Prep is an urban, public charter school cited by the Connecticut State Department of Education as a "School of Distinction" for the growth of its "high needs" students in both math and  English Language Arts.

Our mission is to promote academic excellence with a focus on science, technology and math. We are seeking special education teachers for grades 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. CT certification, or eligibility for certification, is required. 

Qualified applicants should be familiar with CT SEDS and conducting PPT's, as well as have expertise in assisting  regular education teachers in making appropriate accommodations for special education students in their regular education classroom.

Interested candidates must have, or be eligible for, CT certification for special education. Experience and proven track record of success with middle school students in an urban setting is preferred, but not required.
