Job Description:

POSITION: Full Time Special Education Teacher (1.0)

SCHOOL: Newtown Middle School

STARTING DATE: April 22, 2024

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Provide direct instruction to students requiring special education

 Serve as case manager for special education students

 Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals

 Provide consultation services to regular education staff

QUALIFICATIONS: Connecticut Certification as a Special Education Teacher
