Job Description:

POSITION: School Psychologist / Social Worker

PROGRAM: Special Education Summer School - ESY

SCHOOL: Sandy Hook School and Newtown High School

DATES: 6/24/24 – 7/25/24 Monday - Thursday

REQUIREMENTS:  CT Certification #071

 Demonstrated experience in school based programs with a strong psychoeducational background

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Provide a full range of school based counseling services to students

 Conduct appropriate evaluations for students referred for special education

 Assist staff in program planning and development of appropriate interventions

 Experience preferred
