Job Description:

Special Education Teacher –
Early Childhood – Extended School Year
(Multiple Positions)
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:                          CT Certification – any of the following: (065) Comprehensive Special Education PK-12,
                                                                                    (112) Integrated Early Childhood/Special Ed B-K,
                                                                                    (113) Integrated Early Childhood/Special Ed N-K, 1-3.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:                                   Knowledge of CT early learning and development standards. Demonstrated experience with assessment and intervention of students with delays and disabilities.  Strong communication and teamwork skills required. Experience with ABA preferred. 
 
RESPONSIBLE TO:                                                Building Administrator
 
WORK PERIODS:                                                   July 1- 25, 2024   M-TH 8:00a – 12:45p
 
                                                                                    AND
 
                                                                                    July 1 – August 8, 2024   M-TH 8:00a – 12:45p
 
                                                                                    Set Up Day:  June 28, 2024/ Holiday July 4
 
SALARY:                                                                  $60.00 per hour
