Special Education Teacher – Long Term Substitute

Complex Learner Cohort

Burr School

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:                 CT Certification – any of the following: (065) (165) (265) Comprehensive Special Education

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:                           Demonstrated experience in the assessment of students and follow up intervention planning and implementation; strong communication and leadership skills required.  Working collaboratively with student teams which includes leading multidisciplinary planning meetings to formulate instructional plans.

RESPONSIBLE TO:                                       Building Administrator
