Description:

An exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and creativity, the ability to problem solve and support students with a variety of learning challenges.  The candidate will display a strong commitment and desire to be a contributing member of a dynamic student support team.  The duties include but are not limited to: providing assessment and interpretation of student learning needs, assisting in the planning, development, and evaluation of programs to meet student's learning needs. Provide direct intervention through providing speech and language therapy to individuals and small groups.  Provide consultation to administration, staff and parents.

Qualifications:   Connecticut Teaching Certificate #061.

Salary:  Certified substitute will receive $214.83 per day for 2023/2024 SY.  Beyond 60 days substitute will receive $310 per day.
