Job Description:

Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Applied Behavior Analysis Assistant (ABAA) - Carmen Arace Intermediate and Middle Schools.
 
Duties/Responsibilities: 
Two years ABA/DTI experience with students with Autism preferred;
PMT/CPI trained
Ability and physical capacity to provide immediate Crisis Assistance/De-escalation strategies
Respond Immediately to a student in crisis
Independently work with students who exhibit challenging behaviors
Ability to collect data and follow Behavior Intervention Plans with fidelity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent collaboration skills
NCLB qualified;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experience with inclusion;
Other attributes and skills as deemed appropriate and necessary

Work Schedule: 6.5 hours per day

Site: Carmen Arace Intermediate and  Middle Schools

Wage: Per BFEP Contract - $23.36/hr - $25.94/hr
